MAKERS: WOMEN WHO MAKE AMERICA
MAKERS: Women Who Make America is a multi-platform digital experience that tells the compelling story of women’s advancement in America over the past 50 years. Produced for AOL and PBS by Storyville in partnership with the award-winning teams of Kunhardt McGee Productions and Ark Media, MAKERS is the first major media project to reveal the dramatic story of how women transformed America, told from the perspectives of courageous groundbreakers who continue to shape the world today. The opening phase, a video archive of interviews and stories at www.makers.com, launched March 2012. The three-part series on the women’s movement, aired on PBS on February 26, 2013.
